Design & Budget
After completing a review of your Property Improvement Plan (PIP), our Hotel Division can act as a liaison between you and your design partners or recommend leading professionals to match your needs and budget. Our in house design staff is also just a phone call away.
Project Management
Peak Professional Contractors, Inc. provides the management that will make your project run smoothly and efficiently. We coordinate between ownership, hotel managers, design firm, shippers of FF&E and subcontractors. We also have trained personnel on-site throughout the term of your project. Our project manager will visit your site, anticipate issues and provide solutions for unforeseen items.
Construction & Installation
From new builds to remodeling, our Hotel Division is well versed in all aspects of construction and installation including exterior renovation and roofing, demolition, flooring, wall coverings, painting, doors and windows, cabinets and carpentry, countertops, plumbing, electrical and FF&E installation.
