Since establishing the company in 1986, David Brinker remains the foundation and guiding force behind Peak Professional Contractors. President David Brinker has managed the company for over 25 years—through the recession of the late 1980s, the expansion years of the 1990s, into the next era and now in to the economic recovery of a new decade. David combines his architectural education with over 35 years of construction and development experience to provide clients a unique blend of architectural and construction expertise in retail construction, office construction, industrial construction, and hotel construction and renovation.
In early 2004, in response to market demand, Peak Professional Contractors created their dedicated Hotel Construction Division. Led by John Eldridge, this division specializes in hotel design and renovation as well as ground up construction.
Peak Professional Contractors is nationally known for hotel construction and renovation excellence. We’ve completed projects for most major brands, including: Embassy Suites, Marriott, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, and Hilton Hotels.
